About halfway up the left front, I glanced down and saw THIS:
A knot in my yarn. I appreciate that not every ball of wool can be perfect, but I still find it annoying as it just means more ends to darn (not my favourite part of knitting). To date, the worst skein I’ve ever knitted with was a ball of Rowan Country that seemed to have a knot in it every 20 yards. It did make something nice though.

Aaargh! That has been happening to me a lot lately. It’s distressing when you think you’ve enough for an uninterrupted project, and then they provide you with a knot anyway!

That kind of irks me. I pay good money to not have knots in whatever I am making. If there are mistakes, I want them to be my own, lol!!!

I have a confession… I just knit them into the garment and poke them through to the wrong side! I am a total slattern

I would have taken the Rowan Country back to the shop had it not been for the fact that I would have had to unpick a load of knitting to do that. Grrr.
And I have to admit that I’ve let a couple of knots slip thought at times…mainly on Blythe jumpers

I had a skein of DB Cashmerino once, that was more a string of knots than a ball of yarn. It’s so annoying, trying to calculate if you can finish a row before you get to the knot… angry knitting! =)

How frustrating!!! The quality controller must have been on a teabreak when that one was made!
