Day two of the most exciting weekend of the year….. THE COUNTY SHOW! Words cannot describe how I feel about this event, it’s just.. THE BEST! Tractors, farmyard animals, baby farmyard animals, showjumping, every single country pursuit that you can imagine AND MORE, food fairs, clothing stands, the Queen’s guard on horseback, the best apple pie ever baked in the whole wide world, display teams, telegraph pole climbing, ferret races, sheepdog trails, … YOU NAME IT! It really is the highlight of my whole year and I will do anything within my powers to fly back for it as much as I can. Summer cannot end and Autumn cannot start without a visit to the County Show, it’s THE LAW.
