I love this in black. I wasn't sure at first, but now I love *love* LOVE it!!! The equally lovely in my opinion, but what with winter coming up, black will be more useful. For those who were wondering, it's the Marc Jacobs Quilted Blake. At $1200, it's not cheap, but then compared to other designer bags within this level, it's not too badly priced. Still, it's not something to be bought on a whim. Why do I like it? It feels solid, but not heavy, the leather is of beautiful quality, and it smells oh so expensive. Inside, the bag is compartmentalised into three pockets- the outer two with zippers, and the one in the middle being open, with the top sealing shut with a magnetic clasp. It seems to be much roomer than the Chloe Paddington, and you'll definitely have spare capacity after your wallet, keys, phone and sunglasses case have taken up residence inside. The proportional dimensions of this bag have alse been perfectly crafted- it doesn't look big and bulky, or wide, and it also feels really comfortable on your shoulder, with no danger of strap slippage either. I really can't write any more about it as I get too depressed thinking about my sad life without it…
